For instance, we check under sinks and faucets for leaks, inspect HVAC filters, ensure smoke detectors are in working order, and verify that fire extinguishers are in place. We also look for any potential safety concerns, pet damage, and potential buildup of debris on the roof or around the yard.
• We use the latest technology, including a password-protected owner/tenant Web Portal for communications, tax documents, and online payments. We provide monthly and annual financial reports to owners.
