Lunar Property Management is a newly established, yet experienced lease management company. The owner, Amber Pruitt has been in residential property management since 2013.
Lunar Property Management was founded in 2022 to fill a need in the marketplace for local, professional, responsive property management services. We inspect and maintain your property as if it’s our own and work hard to make sure that your investment retains its value during the life of our engagement. We strive to maximize your ROI as well as the value of your property.
Lunar Property Management is owned and operated by Amber and her husband Corey Pruitt. Coming from two different backgrounds, they make the perfect team. Amber is the “face” and personality of the company and Corey is the conscientious one ensuring all paperwork is in order. Amber has maintained her Real Estate license in Virginia since 2011 and has been in property management and overseeing privately owned properties since 2013. She maintains her license there for several reasons, the most important is she is still required to take continuing education every two years. This ensures she is up to date with Fair Housing, Ethics and Landlord-Tenant law. Corey spent 21 years serving in the US Navy, working his way up the ranks to Senior Chief. He has a keen eye and great attention to detail, making sure that all contracts are in order and reports are correct.
They came to Maine with no intention of ever staying. However, when Corey retired from service in 2019, they decided to make Maine their “forever home”.

- Peace of mind with scheduled monthly or quarterly property inspections. They are more than drive by checks – we proactively go into your properties and assess problems, things that need repair, changes since last inspection. For instance, we check under sinks and faucets for leaks, inspect HVAC filters, ensure that smoke detectors are in working order and fire extinguishers are in place. We also look for any potential safety concerns, pet damage and potential buildup of debris on the roof or around the yard.
- We use the latest technology including a password-protected owner/tenant Web Portal for communications, tax documents and online payments. We provide monthly and annual financial reports to owners.
